What is an AI Team?
A set of AI Digital Employees configured for a specific function, Capture or Proposal, that works alongside your people rather than replacing them.
How is an AI Team structured?
Each AI Team combines role-specific Digital Employees with workflows, templates, context, and integrations configured for your organization. Your subject matter experts provide expertise and direction, while a Human Orchestrator manages and coordinates the AI Team.
With You Manage, your trained personnel serve as the Human Orchestrator. With We Manage, our trained personnel, called THINK Strategists, serve as the Human Orchestrator.
What is a THINK Strategist?
A Compound Leverage employee who serves as the Human Orchestrator for We Manage customers: configuring, operating, and improving the AI Team at the direction of your subject matter experts.
How does pricing work?
A one-time deployment fee based on setup complexity, plus a monthly subscription based on who manages day-to-day operations, You or Compound Leverage.
What's the difference between You Manage and We Manage?
The AI Team, tools, updates, and support are the same. The difference is who manages and operates it day to day: your designated AI Team Manager, or a Compound Leverage THINK Strategist.
Which option is right for my organization?
Most organizations start with You Manage. We deploy and configure the AI Team, train your users and AI Team Managers, and provide ongoing support. If you do not have the internal capacity to manage the AI Team, choose We Manage and a THINK Strategist will manage and orchestrate the team with your SMEs.
Commercial terms
Customer maintains its own AI platform and model costs. Unusually complex integrations, infrastructure, security requirements, or customer-specific development may be scoped separately. This does not guarantee contract wins.
