The Framework

The AI Capital Stack

Capital flows through six distinct layers. The policies change. The layers don't. THINK reads Layer 1 before it reaches you at Layer 6.

Layer 1 Policy Federal funding announcements, executive orders, legislation
Layer 2 Financing Capital deployment mechanisms, loan programs, grants
Layer 3 Infrastructure Physical systems, supply chains, technology platforms
Layer 4 Vendor Service providers, technology companies, integration partners
Layer 5 Enterprise Large organizations adopting new systems and capabilities
Layer 6 Workforce/SMB WHERE IMPLEMENTATION HAPPENS

Currently flowing through the stack

How the Stack Works

The policies change. The layers don't. Every capital event flows through the same six layers, from federal policy announcements down to the organizations implementing the solutions.

THINK reads Layer 1 before it reaches you at Layer 6. While Layer 3-4 vendors compete on features and price, THINK operates at Layer 6: where the actual implementation gap lives and where capital from Layers 1-2 lands before most organizations know it's coming.

Model providers are competing in someone else's infrastructure. THINK operates where capital actually converts to opportunity—at the implementation layer where your organization lives.

Without THINK

  • Capital events appear in email. By then, competitors are positioned.
  • You find out at Layer 5 or 6. Vendors already moving at Layers 3-4.
  • Compete on features and price. Lose on timing.

With THINK

  • Monitor Layer 1 signals before RFPs post.
  • 47+ days of runway before competitors know the window opened.
  • Move first. Capture market before others see the opportunity.
