What is the assessment and how long does it take?
A Strategist-led intake, about 30 minutes. You answer questions about the workflow you want to automate, what it costs today, and how your team currently handles it. That becomes the design spec for your Digital Employee.
What happens after the intake?
We generate your Digital Employee design and walk you through it. You approve or request changes. Once approved, the build starts. You are involved at every approval gate before anything is deployed.
Who builds the Digital Employee?
A THINK Certified Strategist leads your engagement from intake through deployment. Each Strategist has completed a 7-level certification and has deployed a live Digital Employee before working with clients.
How long does deployment take?
Low to medium complexity builds typically deploy in 14 days or less after design approval. More complex workflows with multiple integrations can run up to 30 days. The assessment tells us which applies to your situation.
What does it cost?
It varies by scope and complexity. The assessment is the first step. It tells us what to build and what it will take. No price is set before we understand your workflow.
