3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services in any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive manner. Prohibited actions include introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access to systems, misrepresented identity, or using automated means (robots/scrapers) without permission.

4. User Content & AI Features

You retain ownership of User Content (prompts, files, code) but grant us a license to host and process it to provide the Services.

AI Notice: Outputs generated by AI are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for validating all outputs. Do not rely on AI for regulated advice (legal, medical, or tax).

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid Services are charged via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated. To cancel or request a refund where applicable, contact support@compoundleverage.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All Services, code, models, and designs are owned by Compound Leverage or its licensors. You receive no ownership rights. Our trademarks and logos may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

No Warranty: Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Use is at your sole risk.

Liability Limit: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compound Leverage's total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any unresolved informal concerns will be settled by binding arbitration in Montgomery County, Maryland. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
